Although we booked a double room with a desk and an extra rollaway bed, we were given a room without a desk and no extra bed. Even after informing them, we didn't receive the extra bed.

We stayed at a hotel located in an industrial area next to a busy lorry car park. the location provided free parking spaces, but the area was noisy. Despite a new building, the room was not as advertised with a missing desk and no extra roll-away bed. the bathroom facilities were adequate, but service was poor. In contrast, the on-site bar/restaurant offered affordable food. Nonetheless, staff was unwelcoming, and a miserable girl checked us in.
